Pricing questions

Our subscriptions start at €49/month for the Starter plan, €129/month for the Business plan and €399/month for the Premium plan. All tiers include unlimited users — there's no per-seat surcharge.

Pipedrive starts at around €15 per user per month and HubSpot Sales Hub Professional from €90 per user per month. Scoro starts at around €28 per user per month. Our pricing is per company, not per user — for a 10-person team this typically means a 50–80% lower total cost.

No. Subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel any time. For custom development engagements, terms are agreed inside the project scope.

One-off implementation projects range from €500 for a basic Pipedrive or HubSpot setup to €5,500+ for complex rollouts with data migration and integrations. Custom CRM development typically starts at €5,500 and can scale to €15,000+ for full white-label SaaS platforms.

All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. EU B2B clients use reverse-charge VAT (no VAT added on our invoice). For Latvian clients we add 21% VAT. Non-EU clients are invoiced VAT-free.

Yes — paying annually upfront gives you two months free across all tiers. Multi-year commitments are negotiated case-by-case.
